CAN-AM X3 TITANIUM I-BEAM CONNECTING RODS
BC Can-Am X3 titanium rod and aftermarket piston combo reduces the overall bobweight to stock, so no need to rebalance your stock crankshaft. 46-50mm turbos demand heavier rods, pistons and pins to handle today’s power levels, and if you’re building your engine correctly, this requires the rebalancing of your stock crankshaft. Due to the heavier bobweight and the stock counterweight design, it also requires using expensive heavy metal (tungsten). BC titanium connecting rods allow straight remove and replace with aftermarket CP or BME pistons (74 or 75mm bore) and 9310 alloy, 18mm pins (.200” wall) without the time and hassle of rebalancing. Much beefier beam design compared to the proven 403g BC MOAR steel rod and still 100g lighter. Whether it’s duner, short course, mud or desert racing, the BC titanium rod delivers a lighter rotating mass for quicker throttle response and ARP625+ fasteners for high rpm capability. It’s the easiest way to build your 3 cylinder engine the right way by system matching the rod/piston bobweight to the proper crankshaft balance factor.

CAN-AM MAVERICK X3 TURBO "MOAR" CONNECTING RODS
The "MOAR" (Mother Of All Rods) Series connecting rod from Brian Crower is what a connecting rod would look like when taking input from the top engine builders and tuners in the industry. The I-Beam design allows added beam to cylinder wall clearance for stroker applications. Radiused edges for added rigidity, ARP Custom Age 625+ fasteners for premium clamping ability, added material near the pin end to insure true pin end roundness. Teardrop pin end reinforcement for added peace of mind at today's higher boost levels and compression ratios.

CAN-AM MAVERICK X3 TURBO PROH2K CONNECTING RODS
BC Brian Crower connecting rods are fully CNC machined from 4340 chromoly steel forgings that deliver superior grain flow for added strength in extreme operating conditions. All runBC rods are shot peened using BC’s proprietary process to increase fatigue strength and longevity, 100% magnaflux inspected for cracks, system balanced to exacting gram weights and matched into sets for smooth operation. Working closely with ARP, BC engineers design every rod to accommodate the appropriate fastening system to insure superior clamping ability in the most extreme environments. The ProH2K utilizes the more economical, yet venerable ARP2000 rod bolts, rated to 220,000 p.s.i. The ProH2K is rated to 400whp max and priced for the everyday performance enthusiast who isn't going to the moon. The ProH2K is rated to 400whp max. For applications in excess of 400whp, BC highly recommends going with the BC MOAR design I-Beam rod listed above that has been proven in excess of 700whp and 70psi boost.

Cam-Am X3 / Rotax 900 ACE King Race Series Performance Engine Bearings.
New BC exclusive King rod and main bearings for the Can-Am X3 and other Rotax 900 ACE applications are available in King's proven pMaxBlack overlay and pMaxKote™ polymer coating. pMaxBlack is a surface hardened lead tin copper overlay that is electroplated onto a copper alloy substrate making up the third layer of a King XP bearing. pMaxBlack also has additional copper content, when compared to regular tri-metal bearing overlays, increasing the fatigue strength to handle loads up to 10,200 psi. pMaxKote™ is a factory applied nano composite polymer coating formulated especially for pMaxBlack overlays. pMaxKote™ provides excellent wear and cavitation resistance while protecting bearing surfaces during periods of oil starvation and minimum oil film thickness. pMaxKote™ is applied with no added wall thickness therefore not altering oil clearances.
pMaxKote™ enhances the following benefits of King XP race bearings:
