| BC BrianCrower offers complete camshaft repair, machining and regrinding service for just about any type, brand or engine make of cam. From scored journals, to worn out cam lobes, to straight high performance regrinds, BC’s skilled master craftsman, who bring over 150 years of camshaft grinding experience, will run your cams through the lab, providing a computerized checkout showing:
- Various degrees of duration.
- Camshaft lobe lift.
- Opening and closing ramp speeds.
- Contact foot print to determine bucket diameter.
- Type of cam, hydraulic or mechanical.
Once a BC engineer has determined the appropriate profiles for the intended application, your cam(s) will be ground using only the finest Berco grinders and Noritake ceramic grinding wheels. Due to the fact that regrinds are performed on cam cores not supplied by BC, there is no warranty on the regrind or repair service.
Full computerized cam lobe(s) checkout of duration, lift, ramp rates and other criteria
of the OE spec to determine best lobe profile for more performance.
