Polaris RZR XP 1000 Stroker Kits
The BC stroker kit for the Polaris XP 1000 engine platform incorporates a 78mm (+4mm) stroke in the OEM 180° crank pin configuration. Depending on bore size that you decide, the BC kit will take you up to a 1065cc with stock 93mm bore or a whopping 1180cc with the big bore 98mm configuration. As usual, each BC kit features your choice of custom CP, JE or BME aluminum forged pistons, 5100 series wrist pins (9310 pins available upon request for big HP applications), locks and complete ring pack. Available in any desired bore and compression ratio.
- BC 4340 steel billet crankshaft (78mm stroke) w/OEM 180° crank pin.
- BC 4340 steel ProH2K, Pro625+ or Carrillo connecting rods.
- CP, JE or BME aluminum forged pistons (any bore size, any compression ratio).
- 5100 Series carbon steel alloy wrist pins. 9310 Series pin upgrade available.
- Ductile iron plasma top rings, tapered second ring, low tension oil rings.
- Fully system balanced and ready to install. (50% deposit required)

Polaris xpedition Stroker Kits
New Polaris XPEDITION stroker kits in 78mm stroke (180° pin) Stroker (+4.5mm) CNC machined from 4340 billet round bar. These cranks are purpose built for the non-stator side snout that drives the accessories and features the new PTO design snout in the 2024-up XP1000 engine. Depending on bore size that you decide, the BC kit will take you up to a 11065cc with stock 93mm bore or a whopping 1180cc with the big bore 98mm configuration. As usual, each BC kit features your choice of custom CP aluminum forged pistons, 5100 series wrist pins (9310 pins available upon request for big HP applications), locks and complete ring pack. Available in any desired bore and compression ratio.
